Faithful representative of the complex mineral expression of Garraf, a deep, mature and round wine, with volume in the mouth and a savoury finish. Aromas of white fruit, fennel and mountain herbs.
VARIETIES: 70% Xarello and 20% Macabeo from old vines, with part of the Xarello fermented in chestnut barrels. The remaining 10% is made up of a representation of varieties planted on the farm that are incorporated seeking to increase the aromatic power.
Grapes from old organically grown vineyards. Traditional fermentation without adding selected yeasts.
