VARIETY: 50% Viura, 30% Malvasía and 20% Garnacha blanca.
VINEYARDS: Proprietary vineyards located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra.
ELABORATION: Cold soaked during 12 hours. Fermented in new French oak barrels (Vosgues area). Aged for 9 months in new French oak barrels on its own lees with batonnage twice per week during the first six months.
TASTING NOTES: Bright gold. It offers a nose of tropical fruit, minerality and baking spices. On the palate it is round, smooth with silky texture and spicy and mineral finish.
