Elaboration: Harvested by hand-picking in small boxes and subseqüent cold maceration.
10 days of maceration (50% whole grape crushed with feet + 50% destemmed with skins)
Aging: In stainless steel tank for 6 months
Characteristics: Orange wine, floral and fruity, tannic and good acidity
Vineyard: Sota els ametllers vineyard planted in 2013
Terroir: Calcareous clay soils
Observations: Organic agriculture. From our vineyards. Native grape of Penedès.
