Variety: “Coupage” made with two varieties: 85% Sauvignon Blanc & 15% Merseguera.
Vinification: Each variety is vinificated separate and is fermented in small stainless steel tank in a very low temperature 16º, in the order to concentrate in the juice the maximum quantity or aromas and freshness. At the end of the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, both wines are join and keep in contact with the yeast and fine lees until the moment of bottling.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Bright yellow with greenish flashes. The Sauvignon Blanc variety gives us citric notes, white flowers of great intensity. The Merseguera variety with a very low presence in Spain, the 70% is located in the Valencian Community, gives us a lot of freshness nerve and very good acidity. It has a very interesting saline point, and the Mediterranean is highlighted with notes such as thyme. It is a variety very resistant to water stress.
