4MONOS DANZA DEL VIENTO “ARROYO DE LAS ÁNIMAS” SINGLE VINEYARD WINE

Grape variety: 95% Garnacha tinta and 5% Cariñena.

Age of the vineyard. More than 60 years old.

Soil: Sandy from granitic meteorization. Mainly white granite (parent rock). Pink and grey granite in smaller proportion. Great boulders in surface.

Altitude: 960 m.

Yield. 2.400 Kg/ha.

Manually harvested 26 of September 2021. Manual selection of the grape. Cold and natural Maceration and Fermentation with 100% whole bunches. Maceration 25 days. Spontaneous fermentation. Aging for 15 months. Used French oak barrel 600 L.
